“Our 2 story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome has been amazing so far! Apartments are brand new. No bugs! No complaints at all. It’s a 15-minute drive to Ft. Gordon with minimal traffic. Great area. You really have to visit to understand. We passed this place up so many times while hunting for an apartment, but once we checked it out in person we had to have it.”

“My partner and I moved into Brighton Place back in May this year and we both have never been happier with our decision to do so. Prior to then, we really had a hard time trying to find a place that would be located in a nice area, dog friendly, give space/storage, AND be reasonably priced. The apartments at Brighton were newly renovated; new carpet, hardwood flooring, appliances, white countertops, and cabinets – which really give the place a clean and fresh feel ( I don’t think they updated the pictures on the website but it really is beautiful!). The landlord Ponsavon is excellent when it comes to communicating- we can always reach her by phone or email and any issues that have ever arisen are taken care of promptly -SAME DAY (my partner and I have rented twice prior to this and have never had this type professionalism). The maintenance crew Dan, Rico, and David really are friendly and amazing- they, along with our waste and landscaping team, keep the property looking neat and clean. Not to mention the location—- the apartment complex is a quick 5-minute drive from I20 exit(makes getting to work a breeze), any grocery store, river watch cinemas, Top Golf, tons of local eateries, and the greenway is literally located just around the corner!”

“I moved here a few years ago. The current landlord and the previous landlord have always been kind to me. When I have needed something fixed they came within a reasonable time frame. I have a small dog and whenever they need to come in for maintenance I requested an appointment. I did not want my dog to be upset when they came in. They have always made an appointment so I could be home with my dog while they were there. My neighbors have been friendly and quiet. I have never had any problems living here.”

“My wife and I moved to Brighton Place in December, with our only requirements being that we lived in a “safe” community with a pleasant atmosphere. So far, living in this community has been a positive experience. The property manager Ponsavon is absolutely fantastic. She along with the locators at J & W Property Brothers went above and beyond to accommodate us, while we are having our home built. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite, professional, and always call prior to dropping in, which doesn’t sound like much, but is a courtesy that we did not have at our last apartment. The property overall is always kept clean.”

He searched for the very best apartment for an 87-year-old grandmother and from day one I know this was the right choice. Brighton Place is well planned out not only inside the spacious living area but also outside from trees, shrubs, and a well-kept parking lot. I also feel very safe here and Brighton Place is close to main roads, highways, and shopping. It is easy to say I love it here at Brighton Place. To top that off management is always available and I have found our manager is more than ready to handle any problem or questions that should arise and to do so in a timely manner. Here at Brighton Place, we are so thankful to have a manager that listens to our concerns react to them appropriately.”

“Loving the new property manager. I lived at Brighton Place for two years and I honestly had a less than stellar experience with the previous management company and they really let the place slip. For what I believed to be a “higher-end” property, they really let the place go by not focusing on the little things eg. Landscaping, pressure washing, the trash. But on a better note, I will say that the new manager is amazing! She is very responsive to any input of concerns that I made her aware of, along with executing improvement projects that the previous team was clearly too incompetent to handle. New residents will definitely have a better experience than I did, including a dog park and upgraded apartments, thank goodness!”

“Found this apartment for my dad – he’s been living here the past 4 years. This is a quiet community, he has not had any issues with safety or vandalism. I live nearby and visit several times a week. Observe that grounds are maintained regularly and kept clean. Building exteriors were given a fresh coat of paint since he’s been living here. Management lives on-site and is responsive when issues arise. Appreciate that both rent and water can be paid online to make life easier.”
